Simply use the thermostatic controller to set the right temperature and choose the appropriate replacement plate. Use the stone one for slower cooking, for example for roasted meat. The alloy grid plate is suitable for quick cooking of rare steaks, for example.

The grill is equipped with an operation light and infinitely variable temperature control. In addition, a smokeless system for draining fat and water from grilled food allows grilling without unpleasant smoke.
