Still looking for a way to extend the shelf life of your food? Try vacuuming! The ETA Freshie III vacuum and foil sealer can extend the shelf life of your food by up to 5 times and offers you several functions.

By closing, the vacuum sealer firmly secures the foil, sucks out the air and seals the joint with a tight and uniform weld. All this is accompanied by a light signal.

The Freshie III vacuum sealer also offers a separate PULSE gradual air extraction function. In addition to using special bags and foils, you can thus re-cook many foods in their original packaging (e.g. bags of potato chips or pasta).

The method of cooking in a vacuum at a constant low temperature, known as sous-vide, is no longer just a matter for high-end restaurants. You simply pack the food and put it in a water bath.
