• 1. KLASIK is intended for white wheat and brown rye bread, also for bread flavoured with herbs and raisins.
• 2. FAST for quick preparation of white, wheat and rye bread - in this mode the bread is smaller and has a dense centre.
• 3. SWEET is for baking sweet types of bread with a crispier crust than when baking with the classic program.
• 4. WHOLE GRAIN is suitable for baking whole wheat bread made with low gluten flour.
• 5. GLUTEN-FREE can handle the preparation of gluten-free bread.
• 6. Dough for kneading/mixing and then rising the dough without baking.
• 7. KNEAD is for kneading the dough only (no rising).
• 8. CAKE takes care of kneading/mixing the ingredients (e.g. for cake, pie) which are then baked for the set time.
• 9. JAM is designed to prepare jam or marmalade from fresh fruit.
• 10. YOGURT handles the preparation of homemade yogurt.
• 11. BAKING is ideal for baking brown bread, cakes or meatloaf.
• 12. OWN allows you to make individual settings.

You'll be the master of your time with practical features

To really simplify your life, the home baker also offers a delayed start for up to 15 hours or a KEEP WARM function to maintain the temperature for up to 60 minutes. There is also a memory for power failure.

The current stage of preparation is always easy to read from the backlit display, and an acoustic signal alerts you promptly when additional ingredients (such as seeds) can be added. A folding handle is used for comfortable handling of the baking tray.
