Time proven food preservation is much easier and quicker. A desired temperature (35-70 °C) and timer (0.5-19.5 hours) can be set on a convenient LED display, a sound signal notifies you when the time you set is up.
Dehydrates fruit, meat, and herbs
Besides fruit, vegetable, and mushrooms is food dehydrator ETA Brisa suitable also for dehydrating meat (homemade “jerky”) and fish. Optimal conditions for dehydrating herbs are ensured by special drying trays for herbs with finer structure.
Adjusts to the amount of ingredients
5 drying trays of 32 cm diameter are included in the package, overall, it gives you large active drying space (0.34 m2). However, this capacity doesn´t limit you at all. Simply choose if you want to fill all trays or only some of them. On the other hand, if the drying space isn´t enough for you, you can purchase more trays – maximal amount of trays is 10.

Modern dehydrator ETA Brisa is equipped with safety system against overheating and non-slip feet for better stability. Assembly of all components is very easy, manipulation intuitive and maintenance simple.
