ETA Gratussino Maxo II has a planetary mixing system that makes the dough perfectly kneaded and the result will be stunning.
It will appeal to you with the extensive equipment so you can whip, mix and knead a dough. It can also handle grating vegetables and nuts, mincing meat, filling sausages and even making Kebbe meat tubes, or production of machine cookies. With a poppy mill, it becomes an expert on various poppy specialities.
Practical, quiet and efficient assistant
The processor’s attachments are quick and easy to put on, the control is simple and smooth with the control wheel. Easy to maintain, most accessories can be washed in the dishwasher. The swinging arm is secured by the safety system, the processor does not start if the arm is in the fold-out position. Furthermore, it has a safety thermal lock to prevent overheating of the motor, and operation light indicators.
Planetary mixing system
The powerful 1000 W motor with a stabilizer keeps the set speed even at high load. It has a stepless speed control and metal gear wheels for long life. Anti-slip feet ensure stability and the processor has also a space for winding the power cord.
Extensive accessories
The package includes a large 4.5 l stainless steel bowl, a 1.4 l glass mixer for smoothies, soups or sauces, a kneading hook, whisk and mixing whisk for doughs, creams and spreads. Furthermore, it has two grinders, one for meat with a diameter of 54 mm with two sizes of mincing plates, and a second grinder for poppy seed. The meat mincer has an attachment for filling sausage products, such as homemade sausages and tripe sausages. Another part is the Kebbe attachment and grating attachment with 4 graters for salads, nuts, breadcrumbs and others. The accessories include a plastic hopper, rammer, transparent mixing bowl lid and release wrench. Other accessories can be purchased for the food processor.
