Gratus Storio is a very powerful 1200 W food processor. Its motor with a stabilizer keeps set speed even under heavy load. The solid all-metal design ensures long service life and good operational stability.
The robot boasts an extensive basic equipment. It handles whipping, blending, kneading, mixing, grating, meat mincing, filling sausages, making Kebbe meat tubes, extruding machine cookies and even making homemade ice cream, icy cream including frozen yogurt.
The best friend in the kitchen
The extensive accessories is included in the package to make all your favourite delicacies available. The accessories include a 5.5 l stainless steel bowl including a transparent lid with an opening for adding ingredients during processing. You will also receive a kneading hook, whisk, mixing whisk, wrench for easy adjustment of the optimum height of attachments in the bowl, flexi whisk which is designed for easy preparation of creams and light pastries.
A 1.4 l glass blender that can be used especially for mixing drinks, cocktails, smoothies, soups, spreads or snacks. But that's not all. The package also includes a rammer to feed larger pieces of raw material into the chopping knife area, a 40 ml measuring cup and a release wrench.
Another accessory is the grating attachment with 3 disc graters which allows you to quickly process vegetables, nuts or cheese. Grind all kinds of meat and fish with a meat mincer to make meat for meat balls or burgers. In addition, you will find a wide range of sausage making equipment, a Kebbe attachment, a cookie maker, a maker for homemade ice cream, icy cream and frozen yogurt and a multifunctional food chopper with a 420ml working container and a four-arm stainless steel knife that mixes, chops and crushes both dried herbs, spices, nuts, cheese, coffee, vegetables, fruit and more.
Working with this machine will make you happy. The planetary mixing system ensures better and more systematic processing of the entire content of the bowl even at the bowl walls. All food processor attachments are designed to be easily and quickly assembled. You can set the optimum height for attachments to work with less ingredients in the bowl. On the other hand, it can handle up to 2.5 kg of thinner dough. You can choose continuous speed control or PULSE function for maximum speed.
