The advantage of the induction plate is its time and energy-saving operation. It heats up within seconds which saves you not just time but also money. This surface only heats the bottom of the pot, not the remaining surface, so there is no need to worry that you or someone near you might get burnt. The surface remains cold at all times. Even food that accidentally drops on the surface of the induction hob will not get scorched and can be easily removed.
You can set and regulate the temperature yourselves. There are 10 adjustable heating levels available. When the pot is removed from the hob, the hob switches off automatically.
