General Requirements

The application is compatible with mobile phones running Android 7.0 and higher or iOS 11.0 and higher. To fully utilize all application features, please refer to the ETA SMART application user manual.

 

WiFi Network Requirements
  • Only 2.4 GHz; the device does not support 5 GHz WiFi networks.
  • Security WPA1 and WPA2 (WPA2 recommended).
  • Device can only be paired with a single WiFi network (SSID) at a time.
  • If unsure about compatibility, contact your network administrator.

    Can the device be used without the application?

    Yes. The app offers a smart remote control option, but the appliance functions fully without it.

     

    Device Pairing

    For initial pairing, refer to the ETA SMART APPLICATION USER GUIDE in the Downloads section. Follow the steps displayed in the ETA SMART app.

    The application provides two pairing methods. We recommend enabling Bluetooth for a smoother setup as it helps locate the device faster.

     

    Basic requirements:
    • 2.4 GHz WiFi with strong signal.
    • Smart device with ETA SMART app installed.
    • Turn on the device, open the app, and follow the instructions to complete pairing.

     

     

      Tips and Troubleshooting

      • Set a target relative humidity level.
      • Share the device with other ETA SMART accounts, allowing multiple users to control it.
      • Use the timer for timed humidification sessions.
      • Toggle the water indicator light in the app.

        Issues
        The application is freezing or unresponsive.

        Restart the app, or if needed, restart your device.

         

        The app has slow response times.

        Check the stability of your WiFi connection. If the issue isn’t on our end, it may relate to your WiFi or phone.

         

        The app is unresponsive. How can I fix this?

        Changes to your phone (e.g., new apps, updates) or WiFi settings may cause issues. If unresolved, try reinstalling the app.
