Information on the availability of spare parts and service documentation for products for which the company ETA a. s. determined as a manufacturer according to Acts No. 90/2016 Coll. and Act No. 22/1997 Coll. and under Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2019, Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2021, Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2022 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2023

The information listed below apply to the following brands and product types:

1. For consumers - end users, at least the following spare parts are available for the products of the mentioned brands:

- Refrigerators, freezers:

door handles, door hinges, compartments, and baskets.

- Washing machines:

doors, door hinges and seals, other seals, door closing mechanism assembly and plastic accessories such as detergent dispensers.

- Dishwashers:

door hinges and seals, other seals, spraying arms, drain filters, inner brackets and plastic accessories such as baskets and lids.

- Electronic displays - Televisions:

external power supply and remote control.

Order procedure: Please contact us by e-mail spravci.nd@eta.cz. Please include the following information in the e-mail:

1. Description of the type of spare part.

2. Contact for feedback.

    The staff of our service centre will contact you and inform you about possible ways of delivery of the spare part and its price.

    2. At least the following spare parts are available for products for service organizations:

    - Refrigerators, freezers:

    thermostats, temperature sensors, printed circuit boards, light sources, door seals.

    - Washing machines and washing machines with dryer:

    motor and motor brushes, motor-to-drum transmission, pumps, shock absorbers and springs, washing drum, drum cross and relevant ball bearings (alone or in combination), heaters and heating elements, including heat pumps (alone or in combination), pipes and tubes and related equipment, including all hoses, valves, filters and aquastops (alone or in combination), printed circuit boards, electronic displays, pressure switches, thermostats and sensors, software and firmware, including resetting software.

    - Dishwashers:

    motor, circulating and draining pump, heaters and heating elements, tubes and pipes and related equipment including all hoses, valves, filters and aquastops, structural and internal components related to door assemblies, printed circuit boards, electronic displays, pressure switches, thermostats and sensors , software and firmware, including reset software.

    - Electronic displays - Televisions:

    internal power supply, connectors for connecting external devices (cable, antenna, USB, DVD and Blue-Ray), capacitors, batteries and accumulators, where applicable a DVD/Blue-Ray module and an HD/SSD module.

    Ordering procedure for spare part for service organization:

    Please contact us by e-mail spravci.nd@eta.cz. Include the following information in the e-mail:

    1. Name and tax number of the service.

    2. Contact for feedback.

    3. The type of product for which you require a spare part.

    4. Spare part specification.

    The staff of our service centre will contact you and inform you about possible ways of delivering the documentation and its price.

    3. For service organizations, ETA a. s. provides the following service documentation for products of the above categories

    - exploded diagram for the layout or display of the product,
    - a list of necessary repairs and testing equipment,
    - a technical manual with instructions for repairs,
    - component information and diagnostic information (for example, minimum and maximum theoretical values for measurements),
    - wiring diagrams and involvement,
    - codes of diagnostic problems and error codes (including manufacturer specific codes where applicable)
    - data records of reported faults stored in the refrigeration appliance (where applicable).

      The staff of our service centre will contact you and inform you about possible ways of delivery of documentation and its price.

      The ETA Company reserves the right to refuse to provide service documentation and spare parts (points 2 and 3) to entities that do not meet the conditions under Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2019, Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2021, Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2022 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/2023.
